Hive Project’s Managing Director, Grahame Morrison has over 34 years’ experience in Recruitment, the last 32 of which have been in IT Recruitment. Although based in Manchester, it is Hive’s plan to grow into further offices in London and Bristol in 2019 to give local bases from which to cover the demand for IT Resource across the UK, and eventually branching out into Europe, where Hive already have clients in Germany, Sweden and Holland.

 

Hive  specialise in the recruitment of IT professionals from Support through to “C” Level Appointments. Over the last 32 years Grahame has recruited in most technical arenas, a snapshot of which is listed below, however, he believes his greatest asset is his ability to use his experience in understanding a client’s needs, read and understand a candidates profile and then translate that into a short list of applicants who are suitable for the role, not just from a Technical but also from a personality perspective saving time and money interviewing irrelevant candidates.
